Prefabricated Container House
Including prefabricated quick-installation house, flat pack house ,folding house and steel welding house, made of different styles, materials, technologies with accordingly usages, costs and service lives.
Prefab houses have lots of merits, such as easy and quick assembling, convenient transportation, disassembled and reutilization, environmental friendly. They are widely used as residential house, office, hotel, toilet, booth, kiosk, guard box etc, and could be assembled as per customized designs with several or many units.
Light Gauge Steel Villa (LGS)
Such structure is made of steel frame and composite boards, insists of floor system, wall system and roof system.
LGS house and villa could be set up quickly but with much lower cost than other traditional constructions, its technological parameters are very good, including heat preservation & insulation, fireproof, waterproof and sound insulation, as well as good indexes of loading, anti-wind and anti-seismic.
