Labors Camp Project in Qingdao

OVERVIEW

This Container House project is located in Qingdao city China, it’s a huge labor camp project for 1500 workers. As CSCEC’srequest their construction period was very tight, they just gave us 20 days to build all 120 units. We send our engineers to guide 50 workers about the installation.

CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS:

1. Because this project site is near sea side, being very humid. So we used hot and humidresistance sandwich panel, EPS sandwich panel, for wall and roof.
2. Because of the project want to recycle the container after one construct site finished, so we use this type of flatpackcontainer house, it’s strong and can stack to 2 floors, it save land space and client can transport them to other sitesfreely in future.
