In order to improve the living condition of the citizens in Dubai, the goverment allied with the private investment institutions to invest this affordable building project for those low-income families. At the start of this project, they were planned to built it by traditional concrete block or bricks. Since this building method has beeen used for years and can be easily accepted by customers. But, there was a very obvious drawbacks for this construction method. It may take more than 1 year to complete the whole project. That’s why they came to exploring a new building which can easily be constructed and fast to build. They found the answer, Light steel prefab house.

After negotiation in several months. They finally ordered all the construction materials from Director House and decided to assemble this project by themselves.We just send all strcuture shop drawing for their reference. Among all the materials, the light gauge steel frames were produced by our advanced Framecad System which was completely matching with world main building standard.Such as CE, AS/NZS, ISO,GB,AISI..etc. Other construction materials, such as gypsum board, OSB board, asphalt tiles and glass wool are all eco-friendly. Being deeply impressed by their public-good spirit, DFX House provided the goods at cost price.
